MuchBetter basics#
MuchBetter is run by MIR Limited UK Ltd and works entirely from its phone app. Money goes in through Top-up, where the app lists the methods available in your country, and comes out to the casino with a payment confirmed in the same app.
Paying in with MuchBetter#

- In the partner casino’s cashier, choose MuchBetter and enter the amount.
- Confirm the payment in the MuchBetter app.
- Open Happiest Christmas Tree from the lobby.
Payouts to the wallet#
E-wallet withdrawals leave the partner casino within 24 hours, and the payment provider may take up to 3 business days.
App security#
The app asks for a passcode at every login and sends an SMS activation code before a new phone can use the account. On phones with Touch ID, the optional Touch ID login can stand in for typing the passcode.
